Service Express Process
> Select your product from the dropdown list to the left
> Enter the product's serial number
> Select if you want the software upgraded
> Identify fault condition - please provide as much information as possible.
> Add to basket.
> Go to checkout and login or register.
> Existing Eurotherm customers enter account number.
> Complete the transaction and you will see on screen confirmation and also receive email
confirmation.
> You will also receive a packing note by email - print it and put it in the box with the product you are returning.
> Send to the Eurotherm Service Centre address.
